Photographer’s Note
I saw this plowed field yesterday. The curved lines of red soil look so simple and endless.
Reduced saturation. No other processing.
Happy New Year to all!

Very nice photo! I like the fact that the curves have a wave shape and are not simply straight. Your point of view is also excelent making the lines form diagonals. At last the low sun really enhances the shapes and textures.
A favorite.

I like the sight, one sees only what interests us and it is well done, nothing with saying.

You spotted another great pattern here, Yitzhak. Coloral range is wonderful, and I like how the amount of texture becomes more and more detailed when viewing this from top right to bottom left. Great shot!

Absolute capture.
The patterns are fantastic and the way that they are formed give the sense of multiple roads

Striking image! Excellent sharpness for such a wide aperture. I like the movement, it's great to roll one's eyes around the image. Thanks, Yitzhak - and Happy New Year.

Very good idea Yitzhak for focusing strictly on the furrows. The combination of appealing curves and light/shadow contrasting make this a wonderful photo.
Many of our fields are plowed in this manner. The advantage of this method in our climate is that it allows the soil to warm up faster after the snow melts in the spring for early planting of crops.
The steep sides of each furrow allow the lower-angled sun of April and May to catch more soil surface with its warming rays.
And a happy new year to you also:-)

Yitzhak this is a beautifull shot, simple and still special, the over exposure(?) adds a lot to the color range, also I like the shadow lines diminish as the range increases! Well done.

I like the simplicity of the picture, very minimalistic...
I like the shades in the soil, it makes some contrast between the lanes.
Well Done!

This already has a lot of points, but once again you show yourself to be a "Prince of pattern!" Lovely lines and point of view.

Great texture. If not for the note, might not know what it is, could be textiles, ropes perhaps. Well taken.

The lines in this shot are very gentle, and the way the gradient changes into the shot is very relaxing to look at. i only wish there were just a few more shadows. A very good shot. well done.

A very simple but very effective shot. I would say Lines created the design.

Yitzhak, This is a simple but very effective photo. Well conceived and taken. It is very similar to a piece of art in the Tate Gallery years ago, where the little rows were made from rice. You may have an artist inside you waiting to get out.
