Photographer’s Note
Those who visit the Holy Sepulchre in the old city of Jerusalem may have seen also the tiny Orthodox-Ethiopian church situated a flight of steps up the same building. It takes time to realize that this place is the roof of the Holy Sepulchre itself, and it is one of the oldest Christian sites in Jerusalem. This monk welcomed me, and when I asked whether I could take a picture, he embraced the holy relic and posed for me.

And how a very nice pose he did for you, this is beautiful, the light and sharpness, also the details, nice shot, maybe you could turn the camera some more to the right for some more details, but I like this whole scene very well, Izzet !

I have beeen in a short tour in the old city last saturday, abd took photos of other churches (I'll post them soon) but I didn't go to the Ethiopian church. It does look very old, I like very much the old yellow walls and the cross shaped book. A very good one from Jerusalem, Izzet.
