Photographer's Note
Israel is unique among nations in conscripting women, and assigns some drafted women to infantry combatant service which places them directly in the line of enemy fire. However, approximately one third of female conscripts (more than double the figure for men) are exempted, mainly for religious and nuptial reasons.

As far as I know, no women are put under fire in Israel, they mostly serve in service/support units.
Any way, nice daily life shot.

Dear Mirari, this is quite a good photo. Almost a documentary or 'reportage' photo! There is a lot going on and you can tell feel (or at least try to imagine what it's like to be each of these individuals). The composiiton is good and so are the colors! Thanks for sharing! Anne-Sophie

Hello Mirari,
Interesting shot/note and good quality scan. The man on the side looking at you/us, is an intriguing element in the picture.
