Some of the benefits of running include potential weight loss, improved cardiovascular health, increased muscle mass, increased bone density, and an improved emotional state.
Running, like all forms of regular exercise, can effectively slow or reverse the effects of aging.
In addition, running is the usual recommended therapy to treat people with clinical depression and people coping with addiction.

I am used to seeing such experiments being underrated, so i do not feel sorry for that anymore. It is just how the TE community evolved: Great ones and simple ones together but simply postcardish. Who cares...
Interesting vantage point for trying long exposure. Lying under the runners' feet at night? You have guts :)
