Photographer’s Note
This was taken In Kibutz Kalia, Near the dead sea. This young and talented boy was practicing his Capoeira, and I was pretty lucky to get a clean capture like that. I was afraid the evening light will force me to longer exposure, but it turned up ok.
I thought of rotating the frame, but this time I like it like that :)
Take a look at "A Different Look At Israel" presentations

And it is great that you kept the fish-eye effect, Gilad. Excellent timing, exposure and grains. Wonderful shot.

A great shot capturing exactly the right split second. The curved horizon works well as it seems to frame the circular movement of the body. I would prefer a less noisy sky and NeatImage can go a long way to improving this. I will post a WS for comparison.

A great picture and sense of movement. The sharp head and fuzzy feet give great circling feeling. It works great with the curved horizon and the framing trees.

Hi,
I created a theme on Capoeira.
It's on Treklens.
I would realy like you to add your pictures if you agree.

Hi Gilad, great capture of the moment! I like how the guy is above the landscape, and I like the curve of the horizon. And it looks really nice in the workshop version. :) Thanks for sharing!
