Israel depends on seasonal rains after Sukkot to supply vegetation and our land with water. Something we rely on all year is the dew and those that pray special prayers daily here ask to be blessed with dew/dew&rain.
Here is the dew we ask for. I'll try to get a good shot of the rain soon :-).
I used the zoom on my little Sony and tried the setting for soft shots with low light. It is suppose to prevent blurring. I reduced the gamma slightly to give a more defined outline of the leaf most in the sun. Very small border added to bring out the color of the flower in the background. |
