Every time when I drive back home from my early morning swim I see this scenery and I thought it would be nice to share this with you:
New day breaks over the village of Abu Gosh an Israeli Arab muslem village 10 miles west to Jerusalem, very popular for it’s Humus restaurants that are packed with hungry Israelis every weekend!
Abu Gosh is also one of more examples in Israel where the three religions co-exist: here on the right hill there is the Kiriat Ya’arim church known for the vocal music festivals that it hosts twice a year, on the left side the mosque’s tower is seen and on the middle hill by the antennas there are the red toped houses of the orthodox Jewish neighborhood of Telez Ston.
