"City of gold" is only one of the many names jerusalem has.
In the picture you can see the "The Western Wall" - one of the most important religious places for Jews / find more about Jerusalem in the city official website

The image was post processed and converted to black and white with only the golden roof of the mosque left untached in order to emphasis how ancient Jerusalem is and on the other hand to make the special roof even more eye catching
