Photographer’s Note

There is The St. Peter's Catholic church (Cock shout) in Gellikantu
On this place Peter has renounced Jesus here again shout of a cock has cleared its belief and conscience in Peter and has forced to realise very many (after all he cried bitterly!)
Here in honour of this comprehension and the church constructed still by Byzantines (2nd floor of church). Besides, here there was a house of high priest Kaify, in basement prison of this house for the first time have interrogated Jesus (1st floor).

In the WS you can see the church view.

Это церковь Св. Петра (Петушиного крика) в Гелликанту
На этом месте Петр отрекся от Иисуса и здесь же крик петуха пробудил в Петре его веру и совесть и заставил осознать очень многое (ведь плакал он горько!) Думаю, что это осознание только укрепило его проповедывать в дальнейшем Слово.
Вот в честь этого осознания и церковь, построенная ещё византийцами (2-й этаж церкви). Кроме того, здесь находился дом первосвященника Каифы, в подвальной тюрьме этого дома впервые допросили Иисуса (1-й этаж).

В воркшопе можно увидеть всё здание церкви.

ЗЫ. У меня недавно такая же идея возникла - но там вместо петушка трубы ТЭЦ - видок из окна моей квартиры :) может, выставлю когда-то.
