Photographer’s Note
The Jaffa flea market is a fascinating place for photographers - and for everyone. I spotted this guy setting up for the day; mainly, I was interested in the mannequin.

Hello Dan -
Interesting image but it appears to be underexposed - so much so that the dark skinned owner has lost almost all detail. I have noticed this on several of your recent images Dan and I am wondering if you have a -EV dialed in on your Nikon that you are not aware of. This scene should have been slightly OE'd off of the sensor with the dark tones approaching grey and the white tones at the OE point (assuming matrix metering). I don't know what else to say.
Thank you for sharing.
John
