If you got any closer, you'd be inside his nostrel, lol! Effective tight framing with good sharpness, dof & textural details. The oof yellow vs blue at right is a good addition. Tfs!

good idea, but the result is not at the same level.
I would have cropped the top to get only mustach and beard; the 2 persons on the background are too distracting
