these green vegetables are grown outdoors.
now in winter Japan, many vegetables are grown in vinyl houses...using lots of oil and lately more and more expensive, and vegetables imported from China are very risky with remained high density agricultural chemicals...
you are happy surrounded by these fresh greens.
