Two Towers, a photo from Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv

Photographer's Note

This is night view of the Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv. It’s a big complex with a mall, train station and those towers. I took a series of shots at night and was impressed from this one. I love the perspective created from the sharp angle of the view. I took several pictures from this angle when I noticed the tree just next to me, and decided to add it to the picture. I think it added a special touch to this image.
As usual, critiques are welcomed.

The point of view is great. As I have said before and shown in a few of my photos I really like these close, steep, views of skyscrapers. These are especially strong from this point of view. Especially the closer one. It looks so strong and flat against the night, almost two dimensional in fact. The lines are very powerful on this, also. I like the addition of the tree. It forms a point to rise from rather than having just a wall. It seems a bit soft on focus toward the top. Perhaps a wider depth of field may have given it a more crisp and powerful feel throughout. Excellent point of view, again, though. I really like how the flat face seems to rotate around the circular one like around a hinge. Nicely done.

Amazing buildings - I seen them before on TE but they can still amaze me - you in a very fine angle and with a great light - the dark side makes the skyscraper look very special - thanks Amir.
