After a long walk on the beach with very limited photo opportunities, I decided to put the camera directly on the grass with the little yellow flowers here, trying not to focus too close, and waiting for someone to pass up there.
First it was a motorcycle, but it came too fast, then after a few minutes, I was able to catch this guy.

This is a very difficult picture! Blur foreground works well. Nice shot. TFS

The contrast between the yellow and the subdued greens and greys in the rest of the image works well, and I like the overall darkness of the image.
At the end of the day it's just personal taste, but I'd have preferred it if the point of focus was on the nearest flowers rather than those further into the scene. The railings and passerby aren't really in focus either; the point of sharp focus is actually a bit closer to the camera.
It's good to try something different though, and maybe focussing on the nearest flowers would have been too obvious.
Despite the focus issues, I like this one.

interesting one Daniel. Maybe a little gray but you achieved a good compo and mood. Excellent manage of the light.

Hi Daniel, you were hidden behind the flowers :) Beautiful view and right wait for some other presence to have more dynamism, well done, perhaps the blurred foreground is a little too much big but the image works very well, compliments.

I'm a fan of bokeh shots, and this is no different.
Very good shot!
