Continuation of the Genesis series - day 4.

Light and darkness had been created on the first day, but they had to be managed.

So on the fourth day the light was concentrated and the Sun was created, to govern the day and night cycles.

The shot was taken by strong zooming in a very small window in the horizon, with the sun and the yellow/orange/red colors. In the WORKSHOP it is possible to see this small "window" in the context of the whole scene.

I liked the red glare, which I tried to accentuate, rather than neutralize.

Hi Daniel,
Fine colourspwectrum around the sun. I likethe deep purple in the sea.
Thanks and regards, Gerrit

Hi Daniel,

A beautiful sunset scenery, it has nice colors that are giving a special effect to the photo.

Hi Daniel,
Another great capture of the sky.
This one is very dramatica and the sky looks like fire because of the strong vibrant Yellow/red tones.
You are becoming a sky specialist ;-)
Kisses
Teresa

Hi Daniel,
Since I love clouds, I prefer the uncropped version, but I can see why you chose the crop to fit in with your series. You've gotten surprising detail for such a small area of focus and intense light. Well done.
Regards, Pat

Merhaba Daniel,
Wonderful shot! Excellent composition, colours and sharp. Thanks for sharing.
Ahmet

So your continue to create the world, in an impressively colorfull way. Will you rest the seven day, Daniel, and look at your creation ?

All the best,

Emmanuel

Nice, vivid colors. I like the contrast of this small strip with the cloudy sky on the other picture, but I prefer this one because of the intensity of the colors. Regards, Yvonne

Hi Daniel,
I like the combination of this upload and the WS. It is very interesting that you give us the whole and the detail. The contrast between the two is very exciting.

Hi Daniel
I like your WS2 where the whole spectrum is there...I loved the dark clouds there. But I'm not taking away anything from this shot, which you have captured in detail..maybe I find the glare too hard on the eye...but that's my personal opinion. On the contrary the brilliance of colour is more here

Angshu

daniel,
my vote would go for the original version because of the drama in there. here color dominates the frame and with its mighty force. good color scheme.

Hi Daniel,

Well, yesterday I was off but just saw the pic and: Congrats on your 100th!!! I will toast for that tonight.

Very dramatic effect on this one; you are right, the accentuated red glare really makes the difference here.

Best regards, saludos,
Carlos
