A Cargo 747 disassemble mobile intensive care units to help with MDA (short for Magen David Adom), Israel national EMS efforts to save lives in northern Israel during the last war against Hizbullah terror organization in Lebanon.
during the war Israel were attacked with more then 3000 rockets fired on towns and civilians facilities and houses, causing a lot of damage and casualties for the MDA to deal with.

Hello Assi

Interesting view, but it is somewhat "noisy".
Lots of factors that seems to pull the attention away from the emergency vehicles and the planes in the background.
This terrible confrontation has taken a lot of lives and I'm sure this supplement of emergency supplies is a much welcomed and needed addition.

Photo quality looks good, colours are slightly dim but it works in a way.
Some dust in the upper right corner, proparbly just dust on the lens, be sure to clean it later.
