Photographer’s Note
I'm tough, I'm high
With my head up, in the sky
Standing still in the cold, in the heat
Standing tall, high above the wheat
I have a small secret that no one knows
As time goes by, I can feel how it grows
I would like to be wheat, in the back of my mind
Be allowed to lean and bend, to run and hide
They look up to me, the one standing still
They give me respect, being the king of the hill
But if only for a couple of hours, not even a day
I could be one of them; I'll disappear and go on my way

A wonderful acacia tree I saw while driving near Beer sheva, Israel.
Take a look at "A Different Look At Israel" presentations

How's that I knew who's picture it is BEFORE I opened the thumbnail.
Absolutely artistic approach to the theme.
And a wonderful result, Gilad

Bonjour Gilad!
Encore une composition magique dont tu as le secret, ce champ de blé est magnifiquement mis en valeur et cet acacia est magnifique mais il me semble que ce n'est pas la première fois que tu le met dans tes compositions!
Bon et ben bravo!

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. That's probably not the most thoughtful review, but what can I say, it's brilliant, photographically inspiring stuff!

Colin
