Hello Yoram.
Very interesting composition. Nice model and pose. Also nice, warm colours. But there is something disturbing in the grass, behind girl's leg. I tried workshop to remove this object.

It's a very poignant picture, especially with the explanatory note. And well composed. But I agree with Wojciech that the white object - even it is a stone rather than the trash it appears to be - is a distraction that should be removed. I use post-processing to remove (but not add) objects because I see photography as art - making a comment about the world in an aesthetically oriented medium - rather than as journalism - reporting the world as it is. Different point of view.
