Photographer’s Note
A huge roll of irrigation pipes that I found in the field, not far from the main road to Tiberias.
There were some of them there, just like my previous shot from the Negev Desert. But this time the pipes were there.
It was a late afternoon hour, as you can se by the long shadows.

Excellent catch. The light reinforces the structures and lines, only two but tonaly opposed colors, perfect tight crop. It looks like a spider's web (I would have titled it so). A very fine catch Yitzhak!

A fine geometrical play Yitzhak. Good angle and the center of the roll is placed in a nice of center position.

De belles formes se degagent de cette prise avec en plus un cadrage qui place le centre du sujet sur une place importante de la photo.

Very nice graphism, Yitzhak. A delightful ensemble of shapes and lines, as well as a good color combination. You did well handling the afternoon light for this contribution in your classical style, very nice.

Intéressante composition, comme toujours Yitzhak, vous savez utiliser les objets pour les rendre vivants. Une belle transformation graphique.
Très bon travail et surtout très bien observé.
Interesting composition, as usually Yitzhak, you know how to use objects to make them alive. A beautiful graphic transformation.
Very good work and especially very well observed.

A well framed shot, Yitzhak. The geometric patterns are excellent, as is the lighting. I like how the 'pipe' is fastened - by overlapping the 'spokes'. Well seen.

Your play with structures, coloures, forms, different textures, light and shadow surprise me again and again
I like the non-frontal, non-central composition.
As usual - well seen, Yitzhak.

I thought this looked familiar... I appreciate the graphism of the shot and the blue spokes really add much to the composition. The harsh light is evident in the blown out white edges of some spokes, but that doesn't reduce the appeal of the image, at least to my eye. This is desert after all and I don't doubt the sun is bright and temperature hot. Excellent work with a bold, yet simple border that matches the weight of the spokes of this reel. Well done.

Exactly the kind of photo that I like the most. At first sight you can't say what it is. An ordinary object becomes an abstraction. This picture is perfect (light, contrast, framing...)
Well done Yitzhak!
Exactement le genre de photo que j'aime le plus. Au premier regard on ne sait pas ce qu'on voit. Un objet ordinaire devient une abstraction. Cette image est parfaite (lumière, contrast, cadrage...)
Bien vu. Bravo Yitzhak!
