Banias fall is part of hermon stream that is water sources are snow on hermon mountain, this mountain built like giant sponge and water from the melting snow penetrate into the mountain and spouting out to springs that feed hermon stream.

Also the picture of this waterfall looks very nice ,it will be even better if you colud have stepped on step to the right (if there is still ground under the feet :)) so the waterfall behind will be fully visible.
