I can feel the harsh environment there from the rock texture. I think it's slightly tilted, so I would have CW rotation a little bit.
I agree with all above... High contrast between the blue sky and the rocks. Great choice of focusing here. The sky and the rocks seem to be a bit "noisy" : did you use any mask as sharpen filters (tnanks PS for example) or is a natural picture? Very good composition.
Really like the low angle again (like your photo from Oahu).
