This is the top of the 68-meter high "Dagon" grain silo facility in the port of Haifa.
In addition to the 100,000 tons of grain stored there, it has a Grain Museum on the ground floor, which includes some artifacts related to work with grain from Biblical times, and an exhibit on modern grain storage and processing.

Excellent architecture detail, great tight framing and composition, that create a photo with great graphical result. Of course, the birds add a lot of life and interest to the picture. Congratulations!
