I'm very happy with this shot.
It's taken by the sea, where I never thought I'll see a small birdy for a nature shot. Usually the arranged beaches don't have to many possibilties for these kind of shots.

This bird was sitting on a wave breaker, and the waves were crashing high behind it.
I was very lucky to capture this since she wouldn't stay too long in one position, and I had to try and follow her around.

I'm very happy of the resault, so many things come together for one shot - The bird in this kind of a scene, the wave crashing creating that abstract texture and background, the sunset colours...

Hi, Gilad!
I like your shot, Gilad! Wonderful contrast background. Tanya.

A very impressive shot, Gilad! Would expected it to be highly visited!
Amazing shot indeed, a tough one!! At first I though you shot this in the midst of a fire!
Very good framing with good use of DOF to isolate the kingfish and getting this fascinating and blurry BG...!
Well done, a fav!
