| On one of my early morning walks, I was allowed in early to terraces below the Shrine of the Báb. While sitting on another terraces and mediating, I heard some discussion above me… after awhile I walked up a few more levels, and watched the gentlemen teaching the other how to properly trim the topiary trees. The attention to detail is extraordinary, great pains are taken to match the angles and shapes, what is particularly interesting is the very steep angle in which the gardens cascade down Mt Carmel, making the placement of a ladder rather precarious. |
