This is wonderfully timed, excellent low angle point of view, the use of reflection is superb. Great color and cloud pattern helps a lot too.
I am reminded of this other, unparalleled, image.

Hello, Gilad--
Shades of HCB on the beach... nice twist on the idea, the low POV brings the water exceptionally close to the viewer, and also allows the leaper to be silhouetted against the sunset. It's also nice how the angle of theboy's body coincides with the angle of the cloud formations.
