[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Using a cordless flash (SB800) to get a good light effect on the model, without loosing the sunset colors.
18-70 Lens on the widest angle (which is 18mm of course, or 27mm digital).
F11 aperture and exposure of 1/500 which is the fastest to syncronise with the cordless flash
I tried longer exposure, but each time a wave came to shore, it moved my model, and so I had to use the cordless flash.
Shooting models like that is a hard job to do, but someone has to do it

very fine shot ....

What a model...
My mother fears them. They really look weird animals...
I like your title and the colours of the sky.
The quality is not perfect but this is anyway a good work.

Hi Gilad,
Another jellyfish, but this time the jelly turns out to be a model!
Nice timing with the sunset in the frame. The flash... well its a nice addition to this image, without it the jelly would look like a foreign object and unreal.

Waiting for the water to stand still is a job for those who got plenty of patience.

Hi Gilad,

great work. Beautifull exposition control. I'm trying to use my SB600 as a remote but I never succeeded yet. What flash did you use as a master flash ? Is it possible to fire the remote flash with the build in flash?

Hi gilad.
I will post this image as "playing with lights".
I like a lot of this image.
Regards
Luis

This is one strange photo! I imagine it is a turtle you are trying to photograph! I woudl love to see a close up maybe you could post as a WS so we can see?

I love the sunset and it would be interesting on its own, but the strange addition of your cordless flash and the "model" makes it all the more better!

La técnica para conservar el color de la puesta del sol es muy buena, y a la vista la foto es una mezcla del paisaje clásico con el toque moderno de la modelo (medusa) y el trípode.
