The Aqueduct
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| This is an old Aqueduct that used to bring water to Ramla which was the a very important city in the early Muslims and Turkish occupation of Israel. Now days it's a pretty boring city that its administration hasn't done enough to dig the past and restore it. The aqueduct is in the field of my Kibbutz, which made it easy for my to photograph. This is a huge Aqueduct that indicate about the amount of water needed in the city. |

I like the infinity effect very much. It is definitely the artistic value of your shot that strikes me more than historic interest. The sun/shade variations are enormous. Have yout ried it in sepia or B/W? Could be interesting.

Very good monocromatic composition here... I like the light and shade effect here.
This is a great photo. The repetition and use of light are both effective. Its a shame that its not as sharp as it could be. (But still just as successful )
I'll agree with Fotofreak - what happened to sharpness? Was it lost during resizing etc?
Otherwise its a great (really great, I mean it) shot.
Thats a wonderful shot. I love the zooming in feeling.
its a bit over sharpened, but still is fun to look at..
well done
