Photographer’s Note
Here are a few samples of the artwork, architecture and beautiful workmanship of the former so-called "Pleasure-Palace," of Saddam Hussein. This palace was said to have housed Saddam's concubines. One thing is certain, no expense was spared in the constructing of this building. These photos were taken prior to receiving word that the building's structural instability had made it off-limits. Many of my photos are not necessarily 'stand-alone' or worthy of being posted individually. For these pictures I use the collage format.

Very interesting composition of images. It nice how you used an image of a balcony to work as a background for different views of the palace. Well, they are made to shows views right? ;-)

I believe, collage format is a very good choice for this picture and I like how you made it, Philip. I like the arc in the middle, it brings the idea of where this takes place. Irina
