Photographer’s Note

These little doves found themselves nestled on the satellite antenna I went to work on today. Momma nervously watched us work and even let me get close enough to climb up there and practice my close-up shooting skills. Momma and babies were happily reunited at the end of the day.

Quite a different view from you!

Yippee! It's so uplifting to see new life springing forth in an area that we hear only awful things about. I am so glad that you have been able to come across such a lovely face of renewal!

By the way, I like the the different degrees of depth of field you have caught here as well! Nice job learning the new gear!

Really good shot, detailed, composed. The tale about the Ugly Duck comes to my mind, doves are not very pritty when they are babies. Thanks for sharing, Bill!
