I decided to ditch work 2 days ago. So we went to Babylon.
This is a not-so-ancient monument at the city's entrance that shows the sentiment of the local residents....
Unfortuantely, I can only post one a day. There are more and I'll follow up....

Interesting shot! Unfortunately the front looks a bit dark. Guess the sun was at the wrong side? But the story this picture is telling, is ever so clear! Hope you enjoyed your break!

hi there Bill... interesting photo of this modern ruin... well spotted... the front is a bit dark and i think it's a bit blurred and vague so i made a Ws...

What a story! It is so difficult to shoot in bright light, but, the image speaks for itself. I am glad that you gave yourself a break and I sure hope you enjoyed it!
