Photographer’s Note
At Basra International Airport, a few days after it's capture by British forces.
While searching one of the airport buildings, we came across this office desk, strewn with photographs. I have no idea who they were.

Its a bit saddening this presentation of pictures with no knowledge of who they are. the composition is appropriate and conveys the sorrow in all its profoundness.
Thanks for sharing

Hi Ben,
I like the randomness of the shots, the 'scattered' look, which adds to the mystery, to the fear without really knowing. Impressive shot.

Ben, whoever they are, it's a cracking shot this one. Maybe they all lost their lives, maybe they didn't, who knows. Old pics took probably many years ago...lost memories...TFS,
take care
Rikk
