Photographer’s Note

Here is a volcanic place where is located in margin of the "Dasht-e Kavir" or "Great Salt Desert" where is a large desert laying in the middle of the Iranian Plateau.
After driving almost 150~160 Km from Tehran to Qom and then towards Kashan,you will find this place.
This is not an active volcano,and I think the place is young like the "Damavand volcano peak" be almost 10,000 years old.

Hi Mohammad,
an amazing landscape, photographed in very good quality. I like the colours of the volcanic ashes, contrasting with the green in the background. Nice, but hot to walk around there, I think.

The variuos shades of colours are so strange on this desolate landscape, it almost looks like something on another planet. An interesting shot with nice textures.

Just cut off upper green parts , and i feel like driving some rover or Voyager accross Mars ! ....

About POV, IMHO - 1/3 from the top you should cut, just hide that part in the browser, you see that, that POV will be without end.

Hi Mohammad,

Stunning capture over striking landscape. The mountains in foreground look like large walrus family resting under the sun. The strip of greenish muggles is a great detail that present a unique feature to this desert.

Different layers of colours is very attractive.

Belle photo de ces roches volcaniques qui sont bien lissée par le vent et l' eau.

The textures and colours in this shot are second to none. Very nice use of the good lighting conditions. The DOF is very impressive as the image is sharp right into the distance. Yet another image of quality.

Bonjour Mohammad,
le rouge de ces montagnes m'a toujours intrigué et en tous cas, séduit.
Il est drôle de voir cette vallée s'étendre entre ces deux chaines de montagnes qui s'arr^rtent assez brutalement.
Peut-être qu'un cadrage un peu plus haut eut été plus judicieux.

Hello Mohammad, I have seen this place from the bus.
It is a gorgeous place ! In other countries it could be a national park or a protected area for tourism.
The colors of the rock are fantastic.
Unfortunately the bus could not stop, as it was going from Tehran to Esfahan.
