Photographer’s Note

Damavand is the highest peak in iran around 5700 meters, its completely trekking peak and its a dead volvano, soooo it means its alone and there isnt any high elevation alone soo from far away you can see the beauty of damavand lonelyness, sometimes the speed of wind on the peak reach to 200 kiloometers, that can take an elephant with itself.
its a mgic peak for locals, and they belived that on this pak lives magic giant white animal.
normally have two camp, and around 16 different routs.

Nice clear day. I love the impact of the black and white too.
I think with this one, the centred subject is very effective. I believe it enhances the magnitude of the mountain.

This shot is great :-) I love it, Maybe I should add some notes about this magical mountain in Iranian litreature. This Mountain is a symbol of defense and Iran in Iranian litreature and the name comes from thousands of years ago and we can find the name of this magical silent volvano in old Iranians eventyr from more than 3000 years ago :-) Damavand means standing and symbol of defense from the country in Iranian litreature.
