Photographer’s Note
Motivation & Techniques:
When I was trying to break an orange to eat found that it is totally dried out.
The wonderful pulp shapes and their arrangements was very attractive for me, I have never seen such a fruit! I pulled out the pulps by pushing the bottom of half a sectioned orange and then prepared it for taking a picture.
I also used a black textile for BG and an external synchronized flash Pentax AF-360 FGZ (mounted on a silver umbrella as a reflector) further to the built in flash of my camera.
P.P. Jobs:
I have done some pp jobs on this picture including Auto Adjustments with Photo Shop CS2.
Hope you love it!
Best Wishes,
Javad.

Hi Javad,
Excellent work you have done here. It's very interesting shot & very innovative thinking too. I like your pp work & experiment, the outcome is fantastic. The shape & color attracts me lot right from thumbnail have a closer look. Using the black textile gave more contrast to yellow color while using silver umbrella as a reflector gives the image balanced exposure.
Well done & Tfs.

Hi Javad,
Very interesting photo ... I thought at first it has worms. The black background certainly makes your subject standout. Very good composition overall ... although the subject doesn't look good to eat :) Well done. TFS for sharing your technique.
Cheers,
