Cool shot, just too contrasty and shot in light that is too hard. I do really like the diagonal line of the photographers and subject. Actually, this shot makes me grin.

Very interesing picture. You have a good point showing four photographers and the target. The two first ones can concentrate to the person over there and probably get a nice portrait. But what is the point of the two persons in the middle :)
