hello, it's remember me a small animated movie from pixar.. was really cool.. like your pics

thanks
David

B&W is very good idea for this shot, it's clever choice for this chess shot !

The idea of the man thinking and just a hand making the move without the opponent's wiev really impressed me. Very great B&W photo. Well done!

this is a well constructed shot azad. i especially like the unseen player on the left. by leaving him out you have brought focus to the game, which in turn brings focus to the player on the right, who is contemplating the move being made - a nice thematic circle.

it is unfortunate about the black bag in the foreground. it is a little distracting and blocks some of the chess board, while not really adding anything significant to the shot. of course, you can't really do much about that without distracting the players, and i like their focus just fine.

one more point: your f-stop is low, which creates the blurry effect on the background. and it looks as if you couldn't lower the f-stop much more. however, it would have been great if the background were _more_ blurry, thereby providing more focus on the foreground action.

all in all though, a fantastic photo worth being on display.

Hi Azad
Your image give us quite a "brain-storming" session. A hand in movement while a mind in thought!
Cool graphism and artistic image, pal.
And well exceuted B&W effect.
Well done, Azad.

Hi Azad, is a coincidence that my last photo also is on the subject of chess.
The composition is very interesting that you have obtained with a partial taking of the one of the players watching of a concentrated form play that I make the other player of whom single the hand is seen him, a masterful frame, like.

Congratulations and a hug from Spain...... Paco

Hi Azad,
I like this photo despite the black bag in the foreground.

Wonderful work..that certainly talks itself:the player is si concentrating on the chess game! Perfect captured,Azad, and well composed in b&w!

Hi Azad,
You have some great shots in your gallery!
I do like this one. The DOF is perfect and as Eric has said, one hand in motion and a mind in thought - a nice scene well-observed and taken.
Thanks
Brian

Hi Azad.

Interesting idea. Maybe it needs a little more contrast and has a overexposition in some parts.

Anyway, I like it.

Hi Azad.
Very interesting picture.
Only a pity: the whites are overexposed. But is not a big problem.
Clever composition and good photo.

Thanks for share.

Smart capture, well done Azad

I really like your shot - what a great moment. I like the look on the black player's face as he contemplates his reaction, and also that we can only see the white player's hand. Great timing as well, catching the piece just before it's set down. I think that I would probably crop a little bit off of the top, to increase the focus on the game even more. You should be proud of this one.
