Photographer’s Note
The salt lake that you see here is located about 90 kilometers south of Tehran,in Qom province.
Qom province has two large salt lakes, namely: Howz e Soltan Lake (in the shot),which can be seen from the Qom-Tehran freeway, and the larger Namak Lake further to the east. The "Namak" word means "Salt" in Persian language.
The Howz e Soltan Lake has 20 kilometers long and 15 kilometers wide and its surface is covered with salt.
Also it is almost 710 m above sea level, and its rate of rain is 120-100 mm per year.
There are some animals in this nature like rabbits, desert mouses, deers, snakes and many kinds of birds and ...
***
Every time that I see the lake,it's mysterious for me,with its strange and particular silence.
***
The shot is cropped from top and bottom.
The weather was cloudy and hazy in depth.
hope you like it.
Thanks

Hi Mohammad, I like the mysteries layers of colors from the foreground all the way to the background of this picture. An excellent composition to have the hill top on one side and the line into the lake on the other side. Good contrast and very neat.

The misterious side is obtained by the good background you have here, its progression from the to is a nice degraded.
Good light to on the hill.
Well done for showing this very natural view.

Hi Mohammad,
Hey, seeing this in Iran differs from the usual salar de Uyuni or utah Salt lake view we usually see around here, this one is impressive as well and you use the place to show us a great contrast too. Thanks for bringing in diversity !
Have a nice day,

Hi Mohammad !
Mysterious athmosphere ! I didn't even knew there where salt lakes in Iran... The light is really great, from salt to sky through clouds and haze. I like that small hill in front of it. (well, to me it appears as a hill, but maybe it's much bigger)
Thanks for this discovery !
Cheers,
Youssef.

Hi Mohammed,
superb landscape shot. Excellent play of colours. I like the way you show the salt lake merging with the horizon and the dark colours of the mountain in the foreground.
Great shot Mohammed

A beautiful and mysterious-looking place, Mohammad. Well contrasted capture of this landscape, with a good effect of the salt lake and the sky merging at the horizon in the hazy setting. Very nice one.

Looks so bare and barren, but with a treasure hidden beneath. Do they use it to get salt from to sell? Mohammad this is avery interesting photo, well composed with the hill and bare land around. Thank you.

Indeed very mysterious how the salt lake goes over in to the sky. A perfect foreground with this well composed hill in contrast to see the differance.
Well chosen combination fore-and background enforcing each other.

The lighting here I think does create a very mysterious feel. It has such a broad feel with the distant hills hidden through the haze. The darkness of the foreground also adds to that in contrast to the brightness of the salty lake. The line into the lake extends well from the hill to go to the opposite corner. nicely done in capturing that mysterious feel here.
