Dome of Soltaniyeh (small village today, former medieval capital near Zanjan, cca 300 km from Tehran), Mausoleum of Mongol Il-khan Öljeitü, erected from 1302 until 1312, is the oldest and the highest brick made (estimated 200 ton and 49 meters (161 ft) tall from its base) double-shell dome in the world.
