Interesting. There's a lot to look at here.
Can I make a few suggestions though? The image is crooked and the frame is distracting. I think one colour for the frame would have been enough.
I like how the man in the white shirt is sort of framed by that bar, but I'm unsure of why the bar is there.
I do like the use of black and white and the lighting is very appropriate and real.
