Photographer’s Note
Once again Persepolis and this time the head of cow. Cow is sacred in the ancient texts remainbed from Achaemenian period and in the Zoroasterian religion. It is the same sacredness as in Indian culture and shows the shared legacy between the two cultures. This is the head of a column in the Darius palace.
