This one is another creativity in city management in Babolsar. A huge double side TV is hanging on a Bridge so the people who are dinning by the river can watch their favorite program outdoor small speakers are located in walkways in order to make real sound in everywhere also.

Wow. Here it was not your photograph, but the note that grabed my attention. So there is no place you can get away from the TV and it's brainwashing, ha? It sounds terrible, I hope our mayors don't hear about it any time soon. So, two points for making me aware of this disturbing new idea.
As for the picture itself, the exposure turned out quite good and you have no visible noise, but it's quite little blury and tilted. I also think you should have used a lower POV with less of that empty sky.
