Fantastic tones giving your shot a mystical quality. I like the vertical treatment of this composition as it gives due prominence to a very interesting sky.

Beautiful shot, great light and composition. I love the different layers of cloud in the big sky. I would love to see the mountains with you but I dont think us brits are allowed to visit.

This would be Japan I won't be so astonished ( they compose post cards for Fujiyama like this. But this is Iran and quite a new sight of your country. What's interesting is the light in second layer and the composition with a choice of a gran sky that increase the mountains value.
I like it

A great composition and a really beautiful scene, Mohammad. Your framing is perfect. I really like those isolated trees visible in the shadows, too. You live in a beautiful country! Regards, Ken.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU AND YOURS, MOHAMMAD!
You took my hat,
and took my breath
with this lovely photo...
Personal question: how easy for an American citizen to visit Iran now, according to the 2 sides' foreign policies? I heard that many of them sneakking in from the other countries: is this correct? Thanks.

Hi Mohammad, this is quite stunning. The clouds, the silvery snowy-capped mopuntain, the closer hills, and especially the trees that are only just seen on the centre. Awesome, and well done.
Yes, pick me up on your way to Neyshabur please!

Good exposure technique.
The image stand majestically alone, embracing through the frontiers of mountains and open sky.
Well done, Mohammad.

Hi Mohammad, my friend, I enjoy the multiple layers of the view captured in this picture. The sunlight made a nice highlight the mountain peak with snow. A nice view to make far away mountain looked so close. A well capture of the clouds as well. Well done.

Not Pico mountain but Binalood Peak. Peak=Pico ;-)))
Lovely mountain in a great landscape scenery. Splendid light contrast and a fantastic sky, in a excelent point of view, vertical format with so great depth.
Very well done and congratulations. Very beautiful composition!

Your ancient country is so mysterious and beautiful. You are doing great in bringing it to the rest of the world.Hopefully i will visit atleast Teheran someday.About this photo...Im breathless...This is a trone of gods.Composition is perfect, colors are wonderful, and the reflection makes it all live and strong.I like those trees in shadows, they are like his majesty gardians

un cadrage tout à fait génial pour nous faire découvrir ce ciel superbe qui coiffe cette imposante montagne.
J'aime voir ce soleil la frapper de plein fouet et en faire jaillir sa couleur.
Merci pour le partage.

A wonderful compo with the low horizon and the different layers from landscape and sky.
Excellent contrast in light and colors too.The symmetry works very good here.
Sorry for my lacks of critiques but much work and only little time for TE at the moment(I´m a worker in the mechanical engineering and in the moment we work 10-12 h a day :-(
flydragon (0) 2005-12-09 11:49
