Hello Steven,
It's a good shot in any case, but this also shows that being clever with scanning and postprocessing helps you a long way. The light is very even and soft, I like the various brownish colours of the nuts and spices and the look down the street to the black-veiled woman.

The exposure is very good here despite the slightly blown out highlights to the left. The textures are captured very well by the velvia film and you have chosen a very good pov.
