Photographer’s Note
This modest girl was living in a high mountain in central Iran. She belonged to a nomadic tribe and was engaged in weaving Gabbeh, a particular Persian rug woven by people like her. A rug she had woven is visible in the capture. I bought the rug and took this shot. It is a nice memory of visiting a creator and her product in one picture. I still possess the rug with a nice memory of that day.
The photo was taken by an analogue camera and digitally scanned for upload.
