Dasht-e Kavir (also known as Kavir-e Namak)where is a large desert laying in the middle of the Iranian Plateau.

The People live only in oasis in small scales and they rely on farming, herding animals and migrating. They have to plant wheat, barley, fruit trees and alike.
In some areas, farming is also in vain. So, they have to make a living just by herding cattle. When neither of the above helps, they have to migrate to somewhere else in search for better living conditions but in the desert !
Hard-working and enduring people live around the deserts, accepting the harsh conditions of the area.

Hi, you should really try to post some ordinary shots, you put the bar so high for us! ;-)

This one for example is a perfect color mix with blues and yellows but also a nice stretch of green. It's a great composition using both the 1/3 rule as well as the 3 elements rule.

Nice shot... again! :)

Hello Mohammad,
Lovely landscape shot with good POV, colours and contrast. After reading your notes, I realized the perseverance of the people living in such hard conditions. But I think nature will find some way or other to help them, right?

Thanks for this beautiful landscape and the notes,
Smitha.

Bonjour Mohammad,
une ambiance très calme et un ciel quelque peu inquiétant.
Les jeux de lumières entre lui et cette herbe lumineuses constitue le point qui a attiré mon regard.
Les bestiaux de ce fait se détachent fot bien dessus.
Have a great week-end.
Daniel.

Hi Mohammad
Great photo, love the contrast between the sky and desert. Soft tones and good composition.
I like your work

Salam,
This is wonderful..the number of bushes and sheep and the vast sky are all beautiful ..It gives the sense of freedom..Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful light, Mohammad, turning an otherwise-ordinary scene into something beautiful. The sky is dark but somehow non-threatening (probably they could use the rain!) The clouds are a little bit unnaturally blue, but it fits nicely with the golden tones of the ground--warm color alongside cool color. Regards, Ken.

Hi dear Mohammad,
Very good and nice shot with superb contrast, light, warm colors, sheeps and shepherd and composition. Great POV. TFS,
Have a nice weekend with best wishes.
Emir Nedim

PS : Do you keep cloth to clean your monitor from wet of wave ?

what a piece of art mohammad... where on earth does the light come from?... and how come almost all the sheep are black?... whatever... the colour palette both in the sky and on the oasis are amazing... my compliments...

all the best

Hi Mohammad,

I like this through all the black small sheep in the green desert meadow, also the herdsman with his dark silhouette against the sky make the photograph very nice. Thanks for sharing.

Have a nice day,
John.

Hola Mohammad, how are you doing? What about the baby? I love the composition here, the space you give to earth and to heaven, about this one, it´s a strange one, with kind of oniric color and texture. I like it, I find it very inspiring. Take care.

Hi Mohammad,
The small silhouette of the shepherd is the most fascinating element in this picture. It brings the human factor in this picture and makes from a good an excellent picture.

Hi Mohammad,

What wondrous light and tone .. the sky over this is tremendous .. the strange thing is how it reminds me so much of Lakota (Teton Sioux) canvases from where I grew up. Wonderful image.

Hi Mohammad,
I really like your galery. You've got quite a collection of beautiful images from your country. I really like the dark setting here. The stormy clouds, with the cows below which really don't seem to mind, makes a nice image. The colors are beautiful.

Salam Mohammad
Very nice composition with different luminosity and contrast between sky and foreground, the cattle gives a nice agrement as an interest point.
I wish you a good eid moubarak.
Cheers.

Wow, I love the lighting in this shot Mohammed. The lit up foreground, and the dark clouds create a fantastic mood. The scattering of animals gives some nice colour and points of interest to the field. Just a great shot.
