Photographer’s Note
Naqsh-e Jahan Square in Esfahan is a true man-made miracle. Thanks to Ahmedinejad (!) and his power-cuts in this energy rich country, the overwhelming size and beauty of the square was enhanced by the light reflected from the surroundings.
Strictly speaking, I did not take this picture using a "tripod." Instead I placed my camera on the walls of the reflecting pool in the square.:)
