Photographer's Note
This old man is an a little square in the Armenian district in Isfahan. That district is after the river and there are gathered all the minorities or people who weren't welcomed by the locals and the government. In that area you can find Jewish houses, Zoroastrians and whatever should be kept out of the city...

Hi Nikos,
After reading your note submitted to this post, the portrait of a man is more interesting in mu opinion. You was able to get a great contact with him so the expression is very natural and stunning. Well done. Excellent work. Like it a lot!

Hi Nikos!
A very touching portrait - have you considered putting it in black and white? It would have looked as a timeless photo - one couldn't have said if it was taken yesterday or 60 years ago.
Thanks for sharing photos from Iran - it's always a delight!
Best wishes,
Adina
