Photographer’s Note
Roman mosaics in Paphos, unearthed not so long ago - one of the very prominent examples of a Roman masoics, very well preserved, too. Mosaics were laid in a houses of a rich inhabitants of the Paphos town, about 1600 years ago.

Dear Uhu, what a fine masterpieace of ancient mosaic art. I feel the connectoin to stylized art of Viennese secession, although it sounds a bit contrived.
