As suggested by 'olli' have cropped. I have also adjusted curves as this shot was taken at midday and was very contrasty. This is the Cami-i Kebir mosque and has been locked since the 1974 Greek-turkish conflict. But as you can see, by the figure scaling the side, it is now under renovation

the crop looks good. the sky looks artificial, though the Polarizer often does that if you turn a bit too far.
focus is just not here, though. and for me, that means a yellow face. cause, i mean, the building was holding still. i can see you already sharpened- there are halos around the lettering on the sign.

Nice shot! Well spotted with the name of the place :-D
You've oversaturated it though - the signs are a giveaway - they shouldn't be blue, also consider smoothing the sky a bit... It seems much less sharp than your original post - did you crop it and then resize it?
