Photographer’s Note

Sunset after a day of dark moody storm clouds. I arrived just in time for this picture, a few moments before, the sun was above the coulds on the horizon and too bright, and a few moments later all the colours had gone from the frame.

It really was a very enjoyable sunset to view.

Really great shot! I love how you captured the sunset at the perfect moment. I understand what you said in your note- it often so hard to get it at the right time. Really good colors and angle.

very good Sunset Piers,
I realy like the atmosphere in the shot. the composition is nice taken with the low horizon. For myself would I go farther, I would crop some of the left side to made the shot some higher and then with a white frame around it would be a beauty, but thats personal. very good job.
